Shipping and Refunds
U.S. Shipping
On average, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed, packed, and shipped. Spawn and kits may take 2-3 weeks to ship depending on availability; meaning that we may need time to produce the spawn that you are ordering. All of our spawn that is not labeled "out of stock" is able to be purchased, but may need production time before it can be shipped.
Free shipping on orders over $150 is only available to U.S. customers. Please note that some products do not qualify for free shipping: including but not limited to:

International Shipping
All spawn products, including kits, can only be shipped within the U.S. and to Canada. We are currently unable to ship our sterile substrates or dried mushrooms to Canada. If you are purchasing internationally, please be aware that we also charge an International Handling Fee to cover any applicable brokerage fees and duties.

Order Changes
Please submit any order change requests within 24 hours of placing your order to ensure it will be processed before your order ships.
Returns
If you ordered the wrong product or no longer need / want it, you are welcome to return it to us unused within 30 days of purchasing - we just ask that you pay for shipping. To request a return, please fill out this form.
