The Phoenix Oyster is tolerant of warmer climates. Pulminarius is known to grow on fir, and some hemlock. This Mushroom could be used to grow on Pine or Fir or it could be enjoyed as a kit for delicious meals! Highly versatile! This is a good mushroom to use in buckets and expansion projects. This strain is also tolerant of higher heats than most oysters.
